An avid outdoor adventure guide (raft, ski, kayak, climb, mountain bike, surf, adaptive sports, and kids camps..) and mom, my journey in Wellness Therapies began over 12 years ago when I felt myself drawn to massage, physio, and yoga for well being;  An alternative lifestyle to my super stress filled life with careers as a whitewater rafting guide, professional kayaker, backcountry ski guide, and infantry section commander, Operations Manager for the Adaptive Ski and Snowboard Program for Whistler Blackcomb, Employment Counsellor for People with Disabilities, retreat operator, and Director of a Birthing Centre.

In my sessions, I encourage students to move inward and into the true self heightening intuition and inner guidance, leading to fulfillment and peace. I believe in the body's innate ability to heal with a positive mental outlook and our practices help you achieve long lasting peace. I am honoured to assist you in any way I can.

An Australian artist,

designer, yoga teacher, surfer

and founder of Om and Love.

Back in 2011, fed up with routine, I packed up from what I knew to be real and safe, to travel the world.

With only a backpack and a pure will in my heart, I pursed my dream to become a yoga instructor. I met an amazing girl, Esperanza, which in spanish means Hope. We became great friends. One evening, from the off cuts of a wedding dress I had altered for her, we wrapped the material around each other's wrists, to remember our connection.

Travel and life’s journeys we meet, connect and farewell those with whom we share a special bond. What we have left in our hearts are the memories we hold so close.

As I continued through Latin America, I adorned the bracelet with painted ceramic beads from Peru, shells from the pacific and sacred seeds from the Amazon. My bracelet emerged into a unique memory of places traveled and friendships formed; With this concept, Om and Love was born.

I travel, share my passion, and teach. I try to do my best to make those around me smile and I give great hugs too!

The gratitude I hold for you in my heart is deep and special.

I do this for you. I do this for love. I do this to show people that YES, it is possible to be good and to do good. To live from the heart and to live with passion

Dream your dreams as big as you want to and go out there and take the steps to reach them. I want you to om. I want you to love.

I want you to colour your world.

I see you. I love you. I believe in you.

Courtney Fletcher

Yoga Teacher Trainer

Hi, I’m Courtney, an ex-gymnast, spinally fused, 18-year yogi, Ashtangi, trained in India, with a gypSEA soul whose practice draws from hatha, kundalini and vinyasa. My heart-centered approach evokes an understanding of interconnectedness through a focus on self-love, nature and seva (service). The intention being for my students to discover the light within that ignites their path to inner peace, the connection which opens the heart to universal love.

After 10 years as a competitive gymnast, lower back surgery brought my athletic ability to a halt. Looking for a way to ease the pain and regain strength and flexibility, I discovered yoga and immediately fell in love with the practice, quickly learning its transformational power over the mind and path to freedom. Embarking on this journey meant a lifelong quest for self-knowledge, love, and humility. In 2010 I volunteered in India and earned my yoga teaching certification. My time in India inspired me to establish my own NGO, Kids’ Foundation for Uniting Nations which connects and inspires kids around the world to initiate positive change through service.
