I am an Ayurvedic practitioner, holistic health expert, and registered yoga teacher (500 RYT) with over 30 years of experience helping individuals achieve balance, vitality, and wellness through natural and personalized healing practices. My diverse background includes serving as a veteran Army health and fitness instructor, a licensed massage therapist, and a social worker for people with disabilities.
