Join us for our 3rd year of Nourish, a personal retreat for couples and friends, to have fun and also develop your Ayurvedic knowledge and do any self healing if applicable.
This year our focus is a 5 day Abhyanga Certification. This will be offered all October and November, maybe longer as availability remains. Abhyanga is a whole body Ayurvedic Massage and the foundation of all Ayurveda treatments. Ayurveda being Holistic medicine from India, over 5000 years old. Abhyanga is a big part of self care in the Daily Ayurvedic routine aka Dinacharya.
It’s a relaxing, detoxifying, and restorative practice. It is also known as one of the most complete treatments in the world.
5 days in Yoga community with open air practice spaces, gorgeous tropical living, 25m pool, surrounded by amazing trails and peaceful vibes.
Program created by @lizaaroundtheworld @chetanagrateful - Ayurvedic Practitioners with a focus on diet and lifestyle & you will gain a certificate for Ayurvedic Abhyanga Massage, a wealth of herbal medicine knowledge, and a personalized Ayurvedic lifestyle routine to go home with, giving you a stable foundation to continue from.
Dates are flexible as this course can be very juicy for couples and small groups so pm us your availability and we can book. 2 ppl min, up to 6. Custom retreat for you, our specialty personal retreats.
Price for people who live here or don’t need accommodation, food, and flights is $555 for the 5 days, 3 hours a day : 2 hours of massage instruction, and practice giving and receiving, and 1 hour of yoga therapy and mindfulness.

1st day - Head and face
2nd day - Legs (front and back)
3rd day - Arms and trunk
4th day - Back
5th day - Exam (one person completes whole massage on the other)
6th day - Exam (other person completes whole massage on the other)
