Meditation and its benefits are well known in this day and age. Do whatever you need to feel good and free. For some time my friends and I have called this reprogramming the mind. Guided visualization and shamanic journeying can help with that; What would you rather listen to? Your old stories and patterns of thinking or to meditations and talks that inspire you, bring you hope, and/ or empower you wherever you are on this journey?


Choose what brings you the nicest feelings; this is what people mean when they say you are the creator of your own life. When you leave imprints in your neurological tissue by retraining your mind you develop new and powerful connections in your brain that allow you to access more and more good feeling thoughts/ emotions.


The moment you feel love, loved, happy, a good parent, confident etc you show your body and mind a new pathway to peace. The more you access it the body and mind remember how to do it faster, easier, and smoother. It becomes subconscious programming in a very short amount of time. From mind to body to soul we go. To do this one needs to practice. This is why yoga and tantra etc are called experiential science. In my experience these principles be tried for them to take effect fully. If you do the work you just feel good. Follow the feel good. Get up every day and get it done!! I believe in you 💖💖💖

It's all true, my home is cleaner, my property has been upgraded a lot, rock pathways, plants, just doing something everyday... When i first started I was amazed how much monkey mind I had.... Everything is a work in progress... I have also noticed that I don't suffer fools very well... Instead of a mini confrontation, I tend to overlook whatever has occurred and leave the scene of the crime as soon as I can... Unbeknownst to the person whom perpatrated the indescretion .... “
