I had a really excellent class with Melanie McGray & The Nourished Body, An Online Pilates and Movement Studio 💗❤️😃 yes Melanie this is what I was doing when you saw me leaning in hehe ::: exceptional class as always! 😌
I’ve been doing an online or in person class with @nourishedbodyonline weekly for the last year or more maybe now.. and what a gift this is in so many ways. #highestrespect #checkherout Thanks Melanie for the exceptional instruction, care, attention to detail. It has been a real gift to have access to your wisdom & expertise!! Wooh!! #feelingblessed I highly recommend anyone to jump in on her beautiful offerings; weekly group classes and privates online on your own time. Of course, you are also welcome to join me for an online gentle yoga class, Ayurvedic lifestyle counselling, or spiritual guidance. The two go hand in hand really... I almost always!! Recommend all my clients physical therapy clients, bodywork clients, shamanic healing clients... basically everyone I come across and have the honor of sharing the wisdom and art of healing with, I refer to Melanie 🙂 #justsuperb
For me the routine of participating in this class and also of meeting clients of my own once a week online or in person for different holistic wellness sessions has been very grounding. For the clients that meet w me weekly I can see it is for them too::: I am often on the go, I love creating, fluttering about, enjoying life and helping where I can and am guided to. I feel alive when I am helping others and the World. It is one of my passions and purposes. So for me staying grounded is necessary for me to feel sane and keen to help out in this world where so much healing is taking place and people’s pain bodies are so strong hehe. In Ayurvedic terms Routine is a key component to balancing Vata ~ the mobile part of us, the creative part, the part with the great ideas, the part that can be prone to anxiety, loneliness, and forgetfulness, our intuitive, etheric Nature. By having a routine we can feel safer, more secure, happier. It can help our sense of community, basically, it can help us to shine even more.
A big part of this routine being beneficial is that you enjoy it. Sometimes it takes a while for our passions to emerge, for us to find new safe places, for us to find people who love themselves enough to treat us with love and respect, and care. If you haven’t found that passion that you used to have yet or you don’t remember ever having one keep sniffing, keep following that calling in your heart, keep asking for help from your guide team, keep trusting yourself, and keep walking. I believe your path will show itself:::
Routine gives us a place to stand. It creates a stable foundation for our lives to flourish from.
Do you have a daily or weekly routine? For me those work best vs a monthly or yearly one. It really helps me to have daily and weekly reminders of who I really am.... a divine being having a human experience perhaps::: to sit in a space that feels familiar and peaceful and filled w care is medicine for my Soul. Routine, ritual, and magic all create space for the magic and the medicine to play::: enjoy it, celebrate with those around you that love you and honor you & ground in and vibrate out that energy. Do what makes your heart sing.
My community really brings me Joy ::: I am so thankful to be surrounded and to get to be a part of such love
