Moringa as a superfood

I recently discovered that moringa is one of our best natural sources of vitamin C down here in the Southern tip of Costa Rica. These are some pics of our beautiful tree and harvest today. I love it in fresh smoothies, as a topping for dals, and in all of my kitcharis aka rice dishes. I live the feeling in my mouth when I ear the fresh leaves. There is something special to me about eating straight from Nature. โฃ
