Moringa as a superfood
I recently discovered that moringa is one of the best natural sources of vitamin C. These are some pics of our beautiful tree and harvest today. I love it in fresh smoothies, as a topping for dals, and in all of my kitcharis aka rice dishes. I live the feeling in my mouth when I ear the fresh leaves.
